About Kazu

Kazu came about because the many retailers who used queue ticket dispensers told us how unhappy they were.

Over the years, not much has changed with those manual queue ticket systems…

For example, there are annoying problems with the pre-cut queue tickets:

sometimes they are difficult or impossible to tear off, the tickets get stuck in the dispenser, etc.

Nobody likes to see this happen, as it is not good for the customers’ mood, and for the interventions of the staff. Especially when times are busy.

Shining and sophisticated systems with a lot of options are often expensive, but also difficult to install and not exactly user-friendly.
